Body Challenge: 30 Day Rope Skipping Challenge

A skipping rope (British English) or jump rope (American English) is full body workout you can quickly shape up much faster than running. It is completely fun, cheap and portable, you can do it wherever you want and whenever you want. Skipping rope is also a great way to fit in an effective cardio session when you’re on the go; just toss it in your carry-on! You’ll probably feel completely energized after jumping rope too.
