The plank is one of the best exercises you can do for your entire abs, including your rectus abdominis (the six-pack muscles in the front of your stomach), tranversus abdominis, internal and external obliques. The plank builds isometric strength to help sculpt your waistline and also improve your posture. Depending on the type of plank you try, you can also engage your back muscles, arms, shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings.

This plank challenge features 6 plank variations covering obliques and abdomen while working stabilization, dynamic movements and core strength.
